How to Join a Drop-off
Download Pikup
Download Pikup to get notified of scheduled pikups every Thursday and when neighbors are at local stores.
*BE SURE TO TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS DURING SETUP

Join the Scheduled Drop-off
Open the app and tap "Join" to add your order to the scheduled Pikup.
Confirm delivery location
Select your delivery address. Then tap "Add an Item" to start your order.

Add items
Select items from the menu and add them to your cart.
Add Payment Details
Add a new card or select an existing payment method. Pikup will only charge you the actual cost of your order once it is delivered.

Confirm Order
Tap "Confirm Order" to send it to our team. Click the back arrow to make any changes.
Your Done!
You're all set! This screen means your order has successfully been sent to Qdoba. Orders will be delivered at the set drop-off time.

What is a Drop-off?
A Drop-off on Pikup is a scheduled delivery to your community. Drop-offs are made by local restaurants and grocery stores.
How much does a Drop-off cost?
Drop-offs are completely free with no additional fees.
Does Pikup markup items?
No, Pikup does not mark up items you order.
When do I need to place my order?
You can order up to the stated cut off time in the Pikup app.
Do I need to be home for the Drop-off?
No, if you are not home, your order will be left by your front door unless instructed otherwise.
