How to use Pikup with your neighbors
Download Pikup
Download Pikup to get notified when neighbors can help at Pikup from local stores.
*BE SURE TO TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS DURING SETUP

Join a Pikup
Open the app and tap "Join" to add your order to the neighborhood Pikup.
Confirm delivery location
Select your delivery address. Then tap "Add an Item" to start your order.

Add items
Select items from the menu and add them to your cart.
Add Payment Details
Add a new card or select an existing payment method. Pikup will only charge you the actual cost of your order once it is delivered.
*PAYMENT DETAILS ARE NOT STORED WITH PIKUP AND ARE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR PARTNER STRIPE.

Confirm Order
Tap "Confirm Order" to send it to our team. Click the back arrow to make any changes.
Your Done!
Your all set! This screen means your order has successfully been sent to your helpful neighbor. Orders will be delivered at the decided time.
